Went to other vacuum shops in the area, most didn't have a clue about what was best for my needs, they showed me ten differnet unit's, I was so confused, so I went to see TERESA @ Clean Sweep Vacuums, she asked me a couple of questions, then picked out the right vacuum for my needs, tried it and loved it, made the purchase.
